Direct flights to Luxembourg

Direct flights between Luxembourg and many European airports can be found. They include Paris, Frankfurt, Amsterdam, Munich, London (all 4 airports), Vienna, Berlin (both airports). Every 10min, busline 16 takes you in 20min from Luxembourg airport to the city center (bus stop: Hamilius) and in 30min to Luxembourg central station (bus stop: Gare Centrale). Direct airport shuttles from Brussels Charleroi airport, Frankfurt Main airport and Hahn airport

If one flies to Brussels Charleroi airport, Frankfurt Main airport, or Hahn airport (near Frankfurt), direct airport shuttles to Luxembourg City are available. They take around 2 and 3 hours. In that case, one arrives at Luxembourg Boullion. Busline 1 (schedule: here) and busline 17 (schedule: here) bring you in 5min from Luxembourg Boullion to the train station and in 10min to the city center.

Train from Brussels Zaventem airport

Trains to Luxembourg City

Luxembourg City can be reached by train from Belgium, France and Germany. Direct trains are for instance available from:

  • Brussels (in Belgium, 3 hours)
  • Paris Est (in France, 2 hours by TGV)
  • Koblenz (in Germany, 2.5 hours)
